We have been working hard to build partnerships with local venues to re-launch a new look Community Based Meal for you to relax, socialise and enjoy!

We would like to welcome back our previous attendees, and encourage new friends to join us at the

Community Based Meals throughout the Indigo Shire townships.

We are now taking bookings so please get in touch with indigo@home on (03) 5728 0215 to register your

interest. These meals will occur on an ongoing monthly basis and consist of a two course lunch (main and dessert).

(The Bottom Pub).

• Third Monday of each month,

commencing 15 May 2023.

Further information, menu planners and projected dates will be provided upon registering your attendance.

This is a Government funded programme. Eligibility criteria does apply. Costs vary depending on your My Aged

Care approvals in place however, as a guide:

 Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) recipients is $16.50 per session.

 Fee for service (a Community member or an individual not registered on My Aged Care) is $23.90 per

session. Our team can work with you through this.
