Yackandandah Community Centre - Meeting Room Hire

• Easy booking system.

• 30 seats theater style and 20 meeting style.

• NBN Wifi and room camera for online meeting capabilities.

• Use of large-screen Smart TV, share screen through HDMI cable.

• Kitchenette facilities, full size fridge and toilet.

• Free to use by not-for-profit local community groups.

• $15 per hour plus GST (max $60 per day, plus GST) is charged to commercial organisations, businesses, Local Government Authorities or if you are charging participants to attend.

• Inspections welcome, please email manager@ycc.org.au to arrange.

Conditions of use:

• You MUST have the appropriate public liability insurance cover for the event or activity you are performing whilst using the room.

• The sign-in register must filled out with each use.

• Room must be left clean and tidy - floor vacuumed if need be.

• External door to be locked and windows covered when leaving.

• Furniture left in meeting style arrangement.

• A cleaning fee will be charged if the room is left in an unsatisfactory state.
