2024/2025 YCC Membership
Yackandandah Community Centre (YCC) is a not-for-profit community lead organisation, with charity status. It sits in the heart of the community, providing a central place for people to meet and connect. It operates the community op, with profits being reinvested into the community through the annual YCC grants program. YCC collaborates with other local groups and organisation on activities, projects and programs, focusing on community development, responding to community needs and wants.

Our Purpose; Yackandandah Community Centre is where our community connects and grows together.
We invite you to become a member of the Yackandandah Community Centre, the benefits are;
- Be a voice for our community and help ensure that our organisation is effective and remains community owned and managed.
- Connect with people and resources, including grant/funding opportunities and equipment hire.
- Join a community program or project and help foster community collaboration and development.
- Volunteer in our community op shop and be an ear to our community.
- Make use of our meeting room and its high quality media equipment.
- Access our annual grants program to support positive locally lead development encouraging social, emotional and cultural well-being.
- Vote in Committee elections at the Annual General Meeting.
This membership is current for the 12 months commencing 1st May 2024 to 30th April 2025. Membership is provisional on approval at the next committee meeting.
Membership fees; $5 per individual $10 per organisation or free you volunteer with YCC for 3 hours or more.
Member Eligibility:
- Must be over the age of 15
- Support the purpose of the organisation
- Must reside within the Indigo Shire
Associate Member Eligibility:
- Under the Age of 15
- Support the purpose of the organisation
- Resides outside of the Indigo Shire
- Not entitled to vote
