E-Bike information session

  • Yackandandah Community Centre 29 High Street Yackandandah, VIC, 3749 Australia (map)

Are you thinking of getting into an electric bike, or just keen to be able to fix or maintain the bike you have? Then a series of workshops, developed in a partnership between the Yackandandah Community Centre and the Indigo University of the Third Age, could be just what you're looking for.

First up is an e-bike information session, on Thursday, August 12th from 6pm-8pm. Our tutor and Yack local, Phil Edwards will explain the types of e-bikes available, unique design features, what to look for when purchasing, care and safety. If there’s sufficient interest, we’ll also organise a ‘come and try’ day a few weeks later.

Bike Maintenance workshops will be held on Wednesday August 25th, September 1st and 8th, all from 6pm-8pm. Phil will cover details of maintenance and basic servicing of your non e-bike.

Register for your place in the sessions to get up to speed with what is happening in the world of e-bikes or just learn how to keep the bike you’ve got in good health.

All sessions will be held at the Yackandandah Court House

For more information or to book for the sessions phone YCC on 02 6027 1743 or email manager@ycc.org.au.
